How do I create an account?

All Sentricon employees and CSS's can create accounts directly on this store. Click the sign-in/Create Account button at the top right and fill in the required information.

Can I order items with a Sentricon logo and a CSS logo?

Yes. You can add your CSS logo to most items on the store. For the items that can be co-branded, you will see an option for a second logo choice when ordering the item.

  • If your logo has already been set up through this store, you will see it in the secondary logo choices and you can select it.
  • If your logo hasn’t been set up, choose “CSS Logo” from the drop down menu. On the last page of the checkout, there is a “Special Instructions” area. Please type in the name of the CSS logo here. You will need to send the CSS logo to us via email at We will set up the logo and get your approval before the order is produced. We will also add your logo to the store

Can I order products that are not on the store?

How do I pay for orders?

All orders are paid via Credit card.

Why do items take 8-10 days for production?

All items on the store are produced when ordered. We don’t have pre-decorated inventory. All items are made to your specifications. This allows you a vast selection of items, colors and styles and also allows items to be co-branded.

What if I need my products faster than standard production?

Rush service is available on most items. On the order review page, during checkout, there is a “Special Instructions” section. Please let us know your event date. We will confirm via email if we can or cannot produce your order by your required date. You may need to ship your order faster than ground.

Why are some items not shipped together?

All items are produced when ordered. We decorate most of the items at our facility, however some are decorated and shipped directly from the manufacturer. It is possible that you will have multiple shipments within one order. Typically all embroidered items ship together and promotional items ship separately.

Will I receive tracking?

Tracking will be sent to the email address that placed the order. Most orders ship via FedEx.
